If we don't deliver, you don't carry the cost. We do. These are legal commitments, not marketing.

Growth Guarantee

10% growth in year one, or we send you $25,000.

If your property doesn't grow by at least 10% in the first 12 months after settlement, we send $25,000 directly to your bank account.

Tenancy Guarantee

Rented in 30 days, or we cover the rent ourselves.

Your property is tenanted within the first 30 days. If it isn't, we personally cover the rent until it is. Your cash flow is protected from day one.

Try Before You Buy

7 days to walk away, even after we present your first property.

From the moment we present your first property, you have 7 days to decide. If you don't want to move forward for any reason, you walk away with your full deposit refunded.

02 What do we buy? Property Types

We'll buy almost anything, but only established property. We don't touch new builds or off-the-plan. They're inconsistent, prone to supply dumps, and rarely deliver the same growth as quality established assets.

Sticking to established property lets us go to markets that are already strong performers and hand-pick the asset that gives the best return for your money.

Step 05

Negotiations & Going Under Contract

We negotiate using our reports as leverage to secure the best price and terms. Once we go under contract: we book your pest and building inspection, manage any contract changes, send signed contracts and rental appraisals to your broker, and introduce you to a conveyancer plus two property managers.

Step 06

Settlement & Aftercare

We follow up your finance closures, organise the pre-settlement inspection, and coordinate any maintenance or renovation quotes. After settlement, we provide ongoing rent reviews and regular portfolio evaluations.

How payment works $7,500 Deposit to start
You don't pay the full amount upfront. A $7,500 deposit gets things moving and we start sourcing immediately. The remaining balance is paid only when we go under contract on your property, not at settlement. So if Platinum is $19,500, that's $7,500 to start and $12,000 when we go under contract.
